A-Ret 0.1% Gel is a form of vitamin A that is used to treat acne, which appears as spots or pimples on your face, chest, or back. It also helps to smooth rough facial skin and to reduce fine wrinkles on the skin.

0.05% Tretin Cream (Tretinoin) is primarily used to treat acne, working by unclogging pores, reducing oil, and promoting skin cell turnover, but it also helps with fine wrinkles, sun-damaged skin, and skin spots by increasing cell renewal and smoothing rough skin. It's a strong retinoid that can initially cause irritation and worsen acne before improving, requiring consistent use and sun protection (SPF 15+). 

0.025% Tretin (Tretinoin) Cream USP is a prescription retinoid used primarily for treating acne by unclogging pores and preventing pimples, but also effective for anti-aging by reducing fine lines, wrinkles, rough skin, and improving texture, and for treating hyperpigmentation like dark spots and sun damage, promoting smoother, more even-toned skin by increasing cell turnover and collagen production. 

0.1% W/W V-MEET Tretinoin Gel USP (a strong concentration) is primarily used to treat acne by keeping pores clear, reducing pimples, and promoting healing; it also treats sun-damaged skin, improving fine wrinkles, rough texture, and dark spots, working as a retinoid (Vitamin A derivative) to regulate skin cell growth and exfoliate. This topical medication should only be applied thinly at night to clean, dry skin, avoiding eyes, nose, and mouth, and users must be cautious with sun exposure due to increased sensitivity.
